Don Griffin's 1821 Football Skills Camp
CAP Elite, along with Don Grifin, will be hosting a Football Instructional Camp.
The "The 1821 Skills Camp is designed for quarterbacks, running backs, and receivers aged 12-18. Heading the camp is Don Griffin, former LSU and SLU Quarterback and nationally respected quarterback coach. Young players can improve their skills, get ready for the upcoming season, and have fun with a staff of great coaches.

A great way to get a head start on training for the high school volleyball season. Work with skilled coaches to improve hitting, setting, serving, defensive skills, and team play, and benefit from a touch of CAP Elite performance training to build speed, quickness, and jumping ability.
